There's no reason to stress about all the unhealthy food that comes with the holidays. Our Paleo Thanksgiving class will teach you how to adapt your favorite holiday recipes into healthier versions that can be customized to fit Paleo, Keto and Whole30 diets. Students will learn to make delicious meats, vegetables, sides and even desserts that are grain-free and have no added sugar.
Barre It All Fitness from Frankfort will be joining us during this workshop to do a 30 minute class as well. Get ready to sweat, burn, and push yourself to new limits in this 30 minute cardio session! This class will be based on the principal of HIIT (high intensity interval training,) which is the best way to burn fat and build muscle! Get ready to go through six intense rounds of cardiovascular exercises with strength training exercises for recovery.
Class is for ages 16 years and up. Guests ages 21+ are invited to bring their choice of beverage to enjoy during this workshop.
