Join us on Sunday afternoon and prepare 10 Paleo meals that are ready to heat and eat when you need them. Menu will include breakfast and lunch/dinner recipes that can be customized that day to fit Paleo, Keto and Whole30 diets. Bring only yourself and we provide all the ingredients and containers for you to prep your meals. Class is for 16 years and up. Guests ages 21+ are invited to bring their choice of beverage to enjoy during this workshop.
