Reap the benefits of fresh Spring Salads and Soups and creative fresh made dressings. Join this hands on class that will give you a whole new perspective on healthy eating. Students will be making Creamy Lemon Barley Soup, Minestrone Soup, Poppy Seed Strawberry Salad and Carrot & Radish Bundles. Guests are invited to bring their favorite choice of beverage to enjoy during this class.
