This class teaches our adults how to safely and efficiently use knives as a part of their cooking. Proper usage and technique and how to care for your knives are covered in this class as well. Each attendee will make a salsa and fruit salad during this class and will have plenty leftover to take home to share. Class if ideal for ages 16 and up. Guests ages 21+ are welcome to bring their favorite choice of beverage to enjoy during this workshop.
