You asked for it and Chef Doug is providing it! Join our guest chef while we experiment and improve some of our hidden inner culinary skills by making...SUSHI! You will learn how to make some of the most popular Sushi rolls, Salmon Philly roll, Crunchy Spicy Tuna and a Classic California roll. We will learn the essence of Sushi knife skills (AKA- Preparation). We will also push the boundaries of Tempura. (Sweet Potato, Broccoli, Onion). While we do this , we will laugh, and do the thing that we love most. Bring people together. All guests 21+ are welcome to bring their own favorite choice of beverage to enjoy during this class.
