Join Chef Doug while he teaches you how to make a Nut free pesto using Garbanzo beans. You wont be able to tell the difference. You will feel like you are sitting in little cafe on the side of Lake Como. We will bake a traditional Risotto from scratch and top it with some yummy Garlic Shrimp. He will show you a fun and fresh take on a classic Caprese salad perfect for your summer dinners eating alfresco. All guests 21+ are welcome to bring their own favorite choice of beverage to enjoy during this class.
