Exploring Greek Dishes - 7/27

Come explore some authentic Greek dishes with our guest Chef Rob Staudacher while he shows you how to make Keftedes with Tzatziki (a Greek meatball served with a cucumber yogurt sauce), Spanakopita (spinach and cheese triangles made with phyllo dough) and Pastitsio (a Greek baked pasta dish). Class is for ages 16 and up. Guests ages 21+ are invited to bring their choice of beverage to enjoy during this workshop.

Class is held on Saturday, July 27th, 2019 from 6:30-8:30pm
