WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY — FARMHOUSE ACADEMY COLLECTIVE By participating in any Farmhouse Academy class or event, you (and any minor participants you register) agree to hold harmless and release Farmhouse Academy Collective, its owners, staff, and instructors from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation. You accept the inherent risks of cooking activities voluntarily. HEALTH, SAFETY & ALLERGENS. You are responsible for disclosing any known allergies or medical conditions prior to participation. Farmhouse Academy activities involve the use of heat, sharp knives, and common food allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participants attend at their own risk. REGISTRATION POLICY. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations for any reason. Transfers are permitted — contact us before the event date to transfer your spot.
