WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY — FARMHOUSE ACADEMY COLLECTIVE By participating in any Farmhouse Academy class or event, you (and any minor participants you register) agree to hold harmless and release Farmhouse Academy Collective, its owners, staff, and instructors from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation. You accept the inherent risks of cooking activities voluntarily. HEALTH, SAFETY & ALLERGENS. You are responsible for disclosing any known allergies or medical conditions prior to participation. Farmhouse Academy activities involve the use of heat, sharp knives, and common food allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Participants attend at their own risk. CODE OF CONDUCT. Farmhouse Academy is committed to a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for every participant, guest, and member of our staff. All participants and guests, including parents, guardians, and party attendees, are expected to behave courteously and follow staff instructions at all times. The following will not be tolerated: profane or offensive language; verbal, physical, or written abuse, harassment, or threats toward staff, instructors, or other guests; disregard for kitchen safety rules or staff direction; and any conduct that disrupts the class or event or endangers others. Farmhouse Academy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any participant or guest whose behavior it considers disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, at any time and without prior warning. Removal does not entitle the participant or purchaser to a refund, credit, or transfer. If the participant is a minor, the parent or guardian will be contacted and is expected to pick the participant up promptly. REGISTRATION POLICY. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations for any reason. Transfers are permitted — contact us before the event date to transfer your spot. By checking the box below, I confirm that I am the participant or the parent/legal guardian of the registered minor(s), and that I have read and agree to this Waiver, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
