When you book a class or contact us, we collect:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Allergy and dietary information relevant to class participation
• Participant age information for minor participants
• Technical information collected automatically when you use our website: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. This is standard for any website and is used only to keep the site secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process class bookings and send confirmation communications
• Contact you about your reservation or schedule changes
• Send marketing messages only when you have given explicit consent
• Maintain health and safety records for class participants
• Protect our website and our customers from spam, fraud and abuse. Where a submission is abusive or unlawful, we may retain the associated technical information and share it with law enforcement.

3. Text Message (SMS) Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Farmhouse Academy Collective. Messages may include class booking confirmations, schedule updates, reminders, and marketing or promotional offers.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with subcontractors in support services, such as message delivery providers, who are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use a small number of cookies to make the site work — for example, keeping you signed in to the staff area. These are essential and cannot be turned off without breaking the site.

We also use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects your IP address, browser and pages viewed. We use it only to see how the site is used in aggregate — we do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell or share this data for advertising.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by enabling “Do Not Track” or blocking cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to book a class.

5. Photo and Media

We may photograph or record classes for use on our website and social media. Participation in media use is optional and you may opt out at the time of booking.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) is passed through to the customer at checkout. We do not store your payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information — including your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data — with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processing through Stripe, email and text message delivery) or as required by law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
